The cut-off date for accepting reservations into this room block is 04/03/2006. Reservation requests received after 6:00pm Central Standard time on the cut-off date will be accepted on a space availability basis. Failure to reserve rooms before the cut-off date will not impact the enforceability of the attrition or cancellation clauses.
Each individual guest shall be responsible for their own guest room, tax and incidental charges. Reimbursed speakers may request our direct payment to the Hotel.
All reservations must be guaranteed by either advanced deposit, company guarantee or a credit card. Failure to cancel a guaranteed reservation by 6:00pm the day before arrival will result in the forfeiture of the advance deposit or one night’s room & tax billed to the credit card. All reservations made by a rooming list must also be held on a guaranteed basis. Room lists must be received by the Hotel prior to the release date 04/03/2006. After that date all rooms remaining in the room block revert back to general inventory of the hotel. Additional rooms for the customer after this date will be accepted on an availability basis at the normal room rate of the hotel. The term “room block” is a computer system reference and does not guarantee that all of your rooms will be assigned to the same location in the hotel. Hotel check-in begins at 3:00pm; check out time is anytime before 12:00 noon. No late check-outs can be provided.
